Absolutely. Your AutoSupport data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for 180 days so you can access your reports and re-analyze if needed, after which it is automatically deleted. We never share your data with third parties.

After your initial security assessment, you have 100 days to reanalyze the same cluster at no additional cost. This lets you implement our remediation recommendations, upload fresh AutoSupport files, and see a before-and-after comparison of your security score improvement.
